Work within You Session

This a two and a half hour session for all who haven’t decided on a story to tell, but want to delve deeper into their consciousness to find the hidden sound and unveil the images that are ‘waiting to be born’.

All this work is labyrinthine, given the right permission the participant in the session will hear the stories they always wanted to tell, as a listener, then as an author and teller of those stories. Participants have a project hovering, which they want to identify and encapsulate. The key for a participant in this session is to be open to what the project is identifying about them as individuals, so that page and person inform each other.

Suzanne works with writing prompts, mindfulness tools, and greater envisioning.
