  • This is my foundation – to live my name. To create a powerful sense of I Am in others.

    I am Suzanne Power. I write for any environment, I foster writing in any environment,

    privileged to work with all ages: from preschool imaginations to dying breaths encapsulating life force for those they leave behind.


    After years of writing, editing and lecturing I trained therapeutically, with the International Academy for Poetry Therapy, to confirm my belief that fear and time, the twin obstacles of all writers, are overcome with mentoring the participant as a person, along with their ideas. Listening is powerful.

    All stories are listening.

  • What You Will Experience

    I am a qualified Poetry Therapy practitioner and have also produced prose anthologies with participants and their families on difficult life journeys -- of cancer diagnosis, mental health issues, as well as several other anthologies empowering adult literacy and community groups. My specific area of interest is to rise above living’s demands to meet a greater identification – writing to transform your life.

    What makes creative sense rarely makes common sense. Apart from mentoring and facilitation, I am a mother of creative children who are powerful, active participants in the creative economy. What looks slow is light speed if the creator is trusted and trusts themselves.

    Personal Courses and Sessions

    Designed to help transform your life.

    Write to Transform consultation

    A 90 minute session with Suzanne where you'll work with writing prompts to reveal a greater, creative sense of identity in the your life. You are encouraged to dream big and plan details.

    Work within You session

    Unveil the images that are within and ‘waiting to be born’. This work is labyrinthine. You will hear the stories you always wanted to tell, as a listener, then as an author and teller of those stories.

    The Write to Transform Programme

    This is a four-part programme with one session per quarter.

    It lasts for four hours and follows the passage of time in days, years, decades and across life.

     

    Transformational writing changes lives and brings out greater stories than writing to set form can access. It is a laser beam into the sub conscious and the wealth of words waiting.

     

    Come to this programmes not for therapy but for the opportunity to express what your life journey is so far, and what it can be in future.
